+ WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

As we all know, rules and regulations are changing constantly. Our rule of thumb is that we will always be following our local and provincial guidelines for markets as they are on the date of our event. The best way to know exactly what is happening at the time is to keep watching our social media in the days leading up to the event where we will clearly post our current protocols. Thank you for your cooperation during this strange time - you’re supporting local artists when they need it most!

+ HOW DO I SHOP FROM YOUR ONLINE MARKETS?

On the market’s opening date, simply log on to our site and you’ll see the portal to shop! You can shop local all in one place, from anywhere you’ve got an internet connection. At checkout, leave your contact details and each vendor you purchase from will be sending something special your way! Shippable items can be sent across Canada free of cost. Food items / flowers will be local delivery only. See each product description to see the shipping + delivery details.

+ CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE ONLINE MARKET?

All items are a final sale. If your item was damaged when you received it, or you got the wrong thing, please let us know or contact the vendor directly.

+ HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?

We are currently not accepting any more vendor applications to this market, but if you’re interested in future events you should check out our vendor portal for more information. Please make sure you’re following our socials to see the announcement that we’re looking for vendors!

+ CAN I ORDER ONCE, BUT SHIP CERTAIN ITEMS TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Please order separately if you would like items sent to different addresses. Items on each order will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout.
