Registration is $50 per table or rack - maximum 8 feet in length. If you have an elaborate setup that requires more space, please contact us so we can provide you with a more accurate price quote, and place you in the perfect spot in our venue!

We are often asked if you must be a Vintage Collector or have a curated business to sell at LOVED. The answer, is NO! If you have a high-quality collection of pre-loved items that you’d like to sell, or a few friends to share a rack with, please apply!

Vintage, or Second Hand clothing, accessories, or home-decor. Please do not bring large furniture items as there will not be ample space for them. Please do not bring handmade products that you create to the sale, as we have another event completely centred around these types of items and prefer to keep LOVED strictly second hand. Repurposed or reworked fashion is considered case-by-case. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your items or collection, we’d love to see your work and are happy to help clarify!

You are required to bring your own table, or clothing rack(s) for your space. Chairs are provided but if you have one you love, please feel free to bring it with you. Vendors are expected to bring a float, or provide everything needed to make their sales. Wifi is available on location.

The $10 or less rack! For anyone who is interested, we are creating a $10 or less rack where each vendor can hang items they’d like to sell within that price point. This rack will be staffed by market employees, and vendor’s items will be colour coded so that at the end of the sale you can collect the payout for your items.
